Vell, once upon a time, dis bye named Grant came up wif dis jam from a mate’s recipe but you see, he messed up real good and de result was close to dis hur Storm Surge. For two yurs he gave it away as Christmas gifts and rubbed it on his fishin’ lure.

And now for de turnen point of de story...

Grant met dis other cool teacher bye named Joel at de schul. Over many Dark 'n' Stormies, Grant got his new ace boy up to speed on de jam and Joel, de culinary martial artist, took de original messed up recipe and hooked up shree original Gombey 'Hot Pepper' Jams called Easy Breeze, Storm Surge and Hurricane Force. Ya boy Grant was dur makin' useless suggestions while Joel cooked de jam on de new Ninja 5000 Jam Makin' Machine. Both byes unanimously agreed, dis jam was hot! Dur mates and family also agreed, so dem byes are always vorken' to come out wiff new flavours and heats.

Over many drinks of Goslings Black Rum and ginger beer, Grant brought his new friend up to date on his jam and Joel, the culinary genius, took the original accidental recipe and created three original Gombey ‘Hot Pepper’ Jams called Easy Breeze, Storm Surge and Hurricane Force.

Grant was there beside him making great suggestions while Joel cooked the jams using a special production process known only to the Jam Guys. Both guys unanimously agreed that this jam was great. Their friends and family also agreed this jam was a hit, so those two Jam Guys are always working to come up with new flavours and heats.
