Latest News always something going on Bermuda Jam Factory showcases products in Boston February 2010. For the third year running, Bermuda Jam Factory travels to Boston to participate in a culinary series hosted by the Fairmont Copley Plaza. The 15th Annual Celebrity Chef's Culinary Program will include the popular 'Taste of Bermuda' event on February 20th where participants will have the opportunity to learn about Bermuda-influenced flavours and dishes during a live demo by Bermuda-based chefs, Thomas Frost (Executive Chef, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess) and Chris Chafe (Executive Chef, The Fairmont Southampton). Bermuda Jam Factory’s gourmet pepper jams will be featured in the recipes demonstrated. Following on the success of last year, a ‘Jam Bar’ will be set up for sampling and the Jam Guys will be on hand to offer recipe suggestions and talk about their made in Bermuda jams.

Scovie award for Bermuda Jam Factory! Easy Breeze placed 1st overall in the competition’s Sweet Heat – Jams and Jellies category. In the industry’s most rigorous blind tastings, a panel of the country’s top culinary experts sampled hundreds of the world’s most lauded gourmet foods, and the top scoring products each won the coveted Scovie. Over 700 products from around the world competed for top honors. The win marks the second year that the Bermuda Jam Factory product has won a Scovie award. International

2007. In early March the Bermuda Jam Factory will be participating in
its first ever international food show —the 19th Annual
National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show, March 2-4, 2007 in Albuquerque,
New Mexico. The
show comes on then heels of a Scovie award for the Bermuda Jam Factory for
its product Storm Surge, which
placed 2nd in the Sweet Heat – Jams and Jellies category. The Scovie awards are one of
the world’s most competitive gourmet food competitions. Top fiery foods
products from around the globe are recognized. In Albuquerque the Jam Guys will be showcasing their products along side other Scovie award winners and thousands of other products, available to both trade buyers, brokers and consumers. Sunday

2007. This year the Bermuda Jam Factory will be at the Craft Market in
Dockyard every week on Sunday afternoons. Throughout the winter the Craft
Market features sampling of local Bermuda food products every Sunday from
1:00pm to 4:00pm. And
when it comes to the Jam factory, you’re in for a special treat. There’s
always one of the Jam Guys around so you can chat while you taste. Hear all

tradition first hand! Jam Factory wins international award November 2006. The Bermuda Jam Factory has won a coveted 2007 Scovie award, which recognizes top fiery foods products from around the globe. The Bermuda Jam Factory was selected as a winner in one of the world’s most competitive gourmet food competitions.
